Life pulls at us in so many directions—sometimes it’s hard to know where to start or how to name what’s going on beneath the surface. Whether you're feeling stuck in old patterns, carrying the weight of family expectations, or simply exhausted from trying to hold it all together, therapy can be a space to pause and make sense of it all. My work is grounded in curiosity, care, and collaboration—centered on helping you show up more fully in your life, relationships, and sense of self.

Individual Therapy

Our sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I’ll help you slow down, tune in, and explore the emotions and patterns that shape your relationships—with others and with yourself.

Therapy is offered via secure telehealth for residents of New York and Louisiana. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and held weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and availability.

Here’s what the process looks like:

15-Minute Phone Consultation
A free call to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit.

Initial Intake Session (60 minutes)
Our first session is a deeper dive into your background, current concerns, and goals. We’ll begin mapping out a direction for our work together.

Ongoing Individual Therapy (50 minutes)
These sessions offer space to reflect, process, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll move at a pace that feels steady, supportive, and attuned to what you need.
